Where a card dispute or chargeback is raised, we reserve the right to provide the payment provider, bank, card issuer, fraud prevention service, delivery company, or relevant authority with evidence relating to the transaction, including but not limited to:

  • billing and shipping address details;
  • customer communications;
  • dispatch confirmation;
  • tracking information;
  • delivery confirmation;
  • proof of delivery;
  • IP address and device data where available;
  • acceptance of these Terms;
  • refund, return, or replacement correspondence.

Submitting a false payment dispute, false non-receipt claim, false unauthorised-payment claim, or dishonest refund request may result in cancellation of orders, refusal of future orders, account suspension, recovery action, and reporting to the relevant payment provider or authority where appropriate.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights where you have a genuine legal claim.

  1. Delivery

We deliver to the locations shown at checkout or otherwise confirmed by us.

Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

For orders fulfilled by Beauty Dream, we aim to dispatch products within a reasonable time after the order is placed. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, courier disruption, customs checks, weather, strikes, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by the customer.

Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received and the products have been delivered to the address you provided.

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you, including a neighbour, concierge, reception desk, safe place, collection point, or other location authorised by you.

  1. Customer responsibility for delivery details

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date delivery address at the time of placing your order.

Beauty Dream is not responsible for loss, failed delivery, delay, return fees, reshipping fees, or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading address information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an address error, you must contact us immediately. We will try to help where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been placed or dispatched.

If an order is dispatched to the address provided by the customer and cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, refused, or not collected, we are not obliged to refund or reship the order unless the parcel is returned to us in resaleable condition. Where a refund is possible, we may deduct delivery, return, handling, packaging, and other reasonable costs, subject to applicable law.

  1. Safe place, neighbour and collection point deliveries

If you request or authorise delivery to a safe place, neighbour, concierge, reception desk, collection point, parcel locker, workplace, or any other alternative delivery location, you accept responsibility for that delivery instruction.

Where tracking or delivery evidence confirms delivery in accordance with your instruction, Beauty Dream will not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or non-receipt after delivery has been completed, unless caused by our fault or as otherwise required by law.

  1. Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at info@beautydream.co.uk with your order number.

We may ask you to confirm your delivery address, check with neighbours, check safe places, contact the delivery provider, or provide a signed declaration of non-receipt where appropriate.

We will investigate lost-order claims using available tracking, courier information, delivery confirmation, and customer communication records.

We may refuse a replacement or refund where tracking, proof of delivery, GPS delivery data, courier confirmation, customer instructions, or other evidence reasonably indicates that the parcel was delivered correctly.

Nothing in this section removes your statutory rights where goods have genuinely not been delivered.

  1. International orders, customs, duties and import restrictions

If we accept international orders, you are responsible for checking whether the products can lawfully be imported, delivered, purchased, possessed, and used in your country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling charges, clearance fees, inspections, delays, or restrictions. These charges are not included in our product or delivery prices unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by your country.

Beauty Dream is not responsible for delays, seizure, destruction, return, non-delivery, or refusal caused by customs, import restrictions, unpaid duties, refusal to pay taxes, local regulations, or customer failure to provide information required by customs authorities.

If an international parcel is returned to us, any refund will be considered only after the parcel has been received back by us and checked. We may deduct delivery costs, return costs, customs charges, handling fees, and any loss in product value, subject to applicable law.

If a parcel is retained, destroyed, or not returned by customs or local authorities, we may not be able to issue a refund.

  1. Your right to cancel online orders

If you are a UK or qualifying consumer buying online, you usually have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then usually have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods unless the goods are faulty, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.

  1. Exceptions to cancellation rights

For health, hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, certain products cannot be returned for change-of-mind cancellation once opened, unsealed, used, tested, damaged, contaminated, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return once unsealed;

  • products that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, incorrectly described, or not fit for purpose.

  1. Condition of returned products

Returned products must be:

  • unopened;
  • unused;
  • undamaged;
  • sealed in their original packaging where supplied sealed;
  • complete with all parts, labels, accessories, manuals, gifts, samples, and promotional items;
  • returned with reasonable care and adequate packaging.

We may reduce or refuse a refund where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or where products are returned used, opened, damaged, incomplete, contaminated, or not in resaleable condition, subject to applicable law.

For hygiene-sensitive products, we may refuse a return if the seal has been broken or the item has been opened, unless the product is faulty.

  1. Refunds for cancelled orders

Where you validly cancel an order and return eligible products in accordance with these Terms, we will refund the price paid for the returned products and the standard delivery charge where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.

We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them.

Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, card issuers, payment providers, or fraud checks.

  1. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@beautydream.co.uk.

  • clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, parcel, label, and any damage;
  • whether you are requesting a replacement, exchange, or refund.

If the issue is confirmed as our error, or if the product is faulty, we will handle the matter in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable remedy depending on the circumstances.

You must not dispose of, use, alter, or continue using a product that you claim is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or unsuitable unless we have confirmed in writing that you may do so. We may need the product returned for inspection.

Where a return is required because of our error or a confirmed fault, we will provide reasonable return instructions. If we provide a prepaid return method, you must use that method unless we agree otherwise.

  1. Incorrect product sent by us

If we send you the wrong product, you must notify us within a reasonable time and preferably within 7 days of delivery.

You should email info@beautydream.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the item received.

The incorrect product must be returned unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original condition unless we confirm otherwise.

Once we receive and inspect the incorrect item, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with your legal rights and the circumstances of the order.

If the wrong product was sent due to our error, we will cover reasonable return postage using our chosen return method.
