RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product, and to receive a full refund, even if the product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions and exceptions.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note that due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept items that have already been opened and used.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will either exchange the item or issue a full refund on receipt.

1 – Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2 – The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send your return using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3 – The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4 – Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
5 – Items protected with polyolefin (POF) shrink film (the tight plastic covering the entire product box) or items with any kind of seal preventing opening must not have been broken, removed, or violated. This is because the POF shrink film or any kind of box sealing serves as a protective layer for the contents of the product, and without it, we are unable to resell it.

Please return the product in unopened original packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
Please ensure that you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. If the free gift isn’t returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns of personalised products.
Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious return behavior.

RETURN OF NON-FAULTY GOODS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a partial refund excluding delivery and any other costs incurred by us, providing:
you notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase within 14 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product;
You have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return—in particular, this means they must not have been damaged.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact.
We recommend a photograph be taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@beautydream.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then we will provide you with the return address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

“In the event of a product being sold in error or without proper regulatory compliance, we will offer a full refund regardless of the condition of the product or other policy restrictions when you return the product to us.”

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Downloadable software products or online courses.
● Health and personal care items.
● Perishable goods such as natural creams, wax, skin peels, or aesthetic products.
● Intimate or sanitary goods.
● Products in which the client breached the production seal.
● Goods that have been used either entirely or in part.

Please Note
● Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
● Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; otherwise, you won’t receive a refund.
● We will tell you via email once we have received and reviewed your returned item. We will also tell you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is authorised, it will be processed and credited to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
