Sometimes the things don't work the way we wanted

We understand that sometimes things do not run as expected, life is happening to all of us, and a situation might come up where you were unable to re-schedule your appointment and for an unforeseeable circumstance you missed the treatment. 

Unfortunately, that is a difficult situation where we need to understand each other, as a business, we still have to pay for our staff who were in place waiting for you, and the scheduled time was lost when someone else could have been seen. Under these circumstances, a refund can’t be offered.


We also don’t want you to lose out, so the middle ground we found is that if you agree to pay a fee of £13 we will re-schedule your appointment without any further cost.

How to re-schedule?
