Terms and conditions

All bookings are an agreement between Beauty Dream, and you.

These terms and conditions apply to your booking, a course place and any other matters arising from that application, the materials might have a separate cost from the training charge. The terms and conditions aim to outline our obligation to you and your obligation to us. Course dates and assessments may also be subject to change.

The courses are accessed through our training platform All Training Online, you need to complete all lessons, topics and quizzes in the courses to be awarded a certificate.

Refunds
Refunds will not be applicable if the course has been accessed, Beauty Dream and all training online are under no obligation to offer a refund of any fees paid.
All digital material is the property of Beauty Dream and all training online and is not to be shared with third parties.
It is your responsibility to make sure that any courses pre-requisites are completely fulfilled before enrolling. If you are not sure about something we will be more than happy to help, you can use the contact page or email us at info@beautydream.co.uk.

(The only acceptable reason for refund is that if as a result of a technical issue we can’t provide you with the training that you have paid for).

Certification
Certificates are automatically issued to the name registered when enrolled for the course. Upon completion of the online assignment and all lessons been marked as completed, you will get access to the CPD accredited online certificate. In case you wish to receive our embossed printed certificate, there’s a small fee to cover the costs of printing and posting.

Changes to Personal Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that personal details held by Beauty Dream are correct and to notify us of any changes e.g. name, address. Written notification of changes in personal details must be sent. Beauty Dream Training online will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information.

Individual Needs
If you feel you need additional support with particular learning needs e.g. physical disability, hearing impairment or literacy skills, please could you inform us of your individual needs when booking. We will contact you to discuss your requirements.

Cancellations Policy
All online courses are non-refundable due to the course content being available for online access right after the payment.

Processing of applications and PayPal
Course bookings are processed on a first come first served basis.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties
